Regularly
invited by the major theaters and opera festivals Paolo Arrivabeni is an expert
of Italian Opera particularly interested also in great Russian and German
composers; in the past seasons he had indeed conducted operas by Mahler, Strauss
and Musorgskij. M° Arrivabeni recently conducted La Favorite at the
Théâtre des Champs Elysées in Paris, Traviata and Macbeth in
Dresden, La Forza del Destino and a Wagnerian Gala in Liège, Il
Trovatore at the Sferisterio Opera Festival, Macbeth and Nabucco
at the Staatsoper in Berlin, La Straniera in Marseille.

Turco in Italia and revivals of Lucrezia Borgia at the Bayerische
Staatsoper in Munich; Maria Stuarda, Nabucco and revival of Macbeth
at the Staatsoper in Berlin; La Bohème at the New National Theatre in
Tokyo; La Straniera at the Theater an der Wien; Don Giovanni in
Monte- Carlo; La Forza del Destino at the Grand Théâtre de Genève; La
Rondine in Toulouse; Moïse et Pharaon and I Due Foscari in
Marseille; and Roberto Devereux at the Teatro Comunale in

Arrivabeni will conduct Fidelio, Aida, La Cenerentola, Tosca,
Les Pécheurs de Perles, Ernani, Die Zauberflöte, La Bohème, Turandot, Nabucco,

Dario Solari - Macbeth
Dario
Solari returns to sing one of his main roles he has recently sang at the
season’s opening night at the Teatro Comunale in Bologna (R. Abbado conducting
and R. Wilson directing) and in Florence at the Teatro alla Pergola in its
original 1847 version (J. Conlon conducting and G. Vick directing).
Dario
Solari began his career at a very early age performing in important theaters all
around the world, such as: the Welsh National Opera (Il Trovatore, Pique Dame),
the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino (Carmen), the Opera in Rome (La
Traviata- Franco Zeffirelli production), the Théâtre du Capitole de Toulouse
(La Bohème, Don Pasquale), the Vlamsee Opera in Antwerp (Don Carlo),
the Savonlinna Opera Festival (Lucia di Lammermoor), at the Teatro
Municipal in Santiago, Chile (Un Ballo in Maschera and Macbeth).
Among his recent engagements, it is worth mentioning: Don Carlo with
Zubin Mehta and the Israel Philharmonic; Conte di Luna in Il Trovatore in
Ravenna and then on tour in Italy, Cristina Mazzavillani Muti directing;
Macbeth for the 2012 season’s opening night at the Teatro dell' Opera in
Rome under the baton of Riccardo Muti; Le Nozze di Figaro in Cardiff;
Attila at the Terme di Caracalla in Rome; Belisario (title role) and
Maria di Rudenz (Corrado Waldorf ) for the season’s opening at the
Bergamo Musica Festival in 2012 and 2013.
Future

at the Florida Grand Opera in Miami; Pagliacci (Silvio) at the Teatro
Petruzzelli in Bari under Paolo Carignani; Don Carlo at the Teatro Real
